Farmers Market becomes a carbon offset company

Farmers Market – Iceland is a “carbon offset company”. That is, in collaboration with the Icelandic Carbon Fund we have offset our transportation-related CO2 emissions. The CO2 emission from our cars and transport such as shipping goods is calculated, and equal amount of trees are planted to offset those emissions. The work is certified and audited by KPMG Iceland.
